We begin processing orders within 12 working hours of receipt and a letter of acknowledgement will be sent to you by e-mail confirming product details followed by a full shipping schedule.
Although we strive to provide as accurate information on shipping as we can, the delivery period stated either on the site or advised by email or verbally should be seen as a guide only and cannot be viewed as the essence of any contract entered into with Roses Ironmongers Ltd. We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the shipment of your product and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory.
For dispatched items, our standard returns policy applies (see ‘Returns Policy’ in our ‘Terms & Conditions’).

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or, if you prefer, our Sales Staff will be happy to advise you on suitable alternatives. Please telephone 01380 722689.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations, any product may be returned for whatever reason providing we receive written confirmation of your desire to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Goods must then be returned within 14 days of advising us of your cancellation.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or was received in error. If the product has been used and has been returned as unwanted during this period, any benefit gained from use beyond normal examination will be taken into consideration when deciding on the amount to be refunded as will any damage from use, cosmetic or otherwise to the product. We would request that returned products are sent back in their original packaging. We will issue any refunds as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after cancellation. The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until it reaches us.
